About Tanya

Seattle Roots. New York Experience.

A Seattle native with deep New York City experience — and a deep love for this market.

I'm a Seattle native and the daughter of an architect, so homes, neighborhoods, and design have been part of my world for as long as I can remember.

After college, I moved to New York City, where I built my career, earned my real estate license, and learned to navigate one of the most competitive markets in the country. It sharpened my eye for value, space, and opportunity — and taught me how to move quickly, negotiate clearly, and stay steady when the stakes are high.

Today, I'm back home in Seattle and based in Madison Park. I bring deep local knowledge, a strong point of view on homes and neighborhoods, and a straightforward, hands-on approach to every client and transaction.

Whether you're buying, selling, or making a major life transition, my job is to make the process clearer, smarter, and less stressful.

How I Work

What You Can Expect From Me

Honesty First

I'll tell you when a price is too high, when a home has issues, and when to walk away. You deserve a straight answer — not a sale.

Sharp Eye

Growing up around architecture and spending decades in New York means I see potential others miss — and I know how to present a home so buyers see it too.

Full Presence

I don't hand you off to an assistant. When you work with me, you get me — available, responsive, and invested in your outcome.

Let's Find Your Next Home.

Or sell the one you're in. Either way, I'd love to start with a conversation.
